Hmm. I have been in this industry long enough to know men who will shake your hand and be praying for your downfall before their head hits the pillow. One of them, a guy I have known since before my first contract, heard about a certain thing that God did for me recently. the congratulations were so sweet. But my mother used to say not every smile is a blessing. She was right. The painful thing is you cannot avoid these people, they are everywhere, in the office, in the church pew etc. I just thank God he is the one keeping me, not them.
